Now, most nail salons provide several types of manicure and pedicure services for both women and men as boys are additionally getting involved in nail care and kinds. What fashion designer design instantly is clothing whereas design indirectly is society and culture.

Most attire have been worn casually, and have been accentuated with circle skirts, halter straps, or small collars. As the boys … Read More

Middleburg approves new Pearl Road shopping plaza preliminary design

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio — Business owner Heepal Patel will be bringing an impressive new shopping center to Pearl Road in Middleburg Heights.

Planning Commission on Sept. 23 unanimously approved the preliminary design for The Plaza on Pearl, a development to be constructed at 7168 Pearl Road. It will have India Grocers as the anchor business and other tenants occupying new storefronts alongside.

Patel has operated India Grocers in Parma Heights since 1994, but the store has outgrown its current space. The new location is situated between Get Air indoor trampoline park and Maserati of Cleveland.

“Our initial idea for this project was that we could create a larger store we very desperately need,” Patel explained, noting his “very, very loyal customer base” travels great distances to shop there. “But we had a grander idea to capitalize on those out-of-town customers by building more tenant space and giving the local

Google takes aim at ‘beauty filters’ with design changes coming to Pixel phones

Google is taking aim at photo face filters and other “beautifying” techniques that mental health experts believe can warp a person’s self-confidence, particularly when they’re introduced to younger users. The company says it will now rely on expert guidance when applying design principles for photos filters used by the Android Camera app on Pixel smartphones. In the Pixel 4a, Google has already turned off face retouching by default, it says, and notes the interface will soon be updated to include what Google describes as “value-free” descriptive icons and labels for the app’s face retouching effects.

That means it won’t use language like “beauty filter” or imply, even in more subtle ways, that face retouching tools can make someone look better. These changes will also roll out to the Android Camera app in other Pixel smartphones through updates.

The changes, though perhaps unnoticed by the end user, can make a difference
