Model & Skateboarder Evan Mock Joins HBO Max Series Reboot

EXCLUSIVE: We can tell you first that model and skateboarder Evan Mock has been cast as a series regular in HBO Max’s upcoming reimagination of Gossip Girl.

For multi-hyphenate Mock, it’s his first acting role, which is being kept under wraps.

Mock joins the Gossip Girl click which currently counts leads Emily Alyn Lind, Tavi Gevinson, Whitney Peak, Eli Brown, Johnathan Fernandez, Jordan Alexander, Savannah Smith and Jason Gotay as well as Thomas Doherty, Adam Chanler-Berat, Savannah Smith and Zion Moreno.

Carrie Underwood announces HBO Christmas special ‘My Gift’

Carrie Underwood ushered in a much needed early holiday season, releasing her debut Christmas album My Gift, last Friday. The country superstar is pairing her merry release with seasonal TV special on HBO Max.

“I’m thrilled to announce that we will be bringing my new album #MyGift to life with a Christmas special on @HBOMax this holiday season!,” Carrie Tweeted to fans, last week.

The exclusive holiday special features Underwood performing from The Gift, alongside a live orchestra and choir. HBO says the fans can expect “a combination of beloved traditional favorites celebrating the spiritual nature of the holiday.” No word yet on a release date for the special.
