National nonprofit Back on My Feet is honored to share the news of a $1M major gift from Liz and Phill Gross of Boston, MA. Back on My Feet has helped over 7,500 individuals combat homelessness in 14 cities across the country. Program participants from homeless shelters and addiction treatment facilities walk or run alongside volunteers in the early morning. By committing to this three day a week fitness program, participants have the opportunity to move into Back on My Feet’s workforce development and training program which then provides support finding employment and housing.
