Next month sees the release of two brand-new Xbox consoles, and retailers are already sold out of preorders for both the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. The Series X and Series S release November 10 for $500 and $300, respectively, and as of now, it’s proving to be quite challenging to secure either.

Where to preorder the Xbox Series X and Series S

Xbox Series X and Series S preorders were sold out at all major retailers as of our last update. Xbox preorder listings went live at Target, Walmart, Microsoft, GameStop, and other stores on September 22 but sold out as fast as they appeared. You can check the main store listings below in case of availability. In a recent tweet, Xbox urged its followers to sign up with retailers for stock updates and said more consoles will be available on release day.

PS5 Preorder Info: Consoles Sold Out, Some Accessories Available

In the wake of the announcement of the PS5 launch date and price points, the long, tense search for a preorder has begun. Launching November 12 at $500 for the standard console and $400 for the digital edition, the PS5 went up for preorder right after the recent PS5 event, and since then, stock has sold out at all major retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, GameStop, and Target.

GameStop had a second wave of PS5 preorders available to preorder on September 25, both online and in stores. Once again, the retailer had a virtual queue. Multiple GameSpot staff members waited in the queue for more than an hour without any success, so online preorders apparently sold out very quickly once again. GameStop issued an update on Twitter confirming that PS5 stock sold out once again. This included a starter bundle that came with Demon’s Souls, Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate

SHAWANO – Many of the artisan suppliers of goods to the War Bonnet Native American gift shop in Shawano still live and work much in the same way people did hundreds of years ago.

Owners Karen and Leo Dillenburg said some of the hunters and trappers they do business with are so off-grid that sometimes the only way to contact them is through a very old-fashioned system.

“Most still live in the bush and it’s really hard to find them,” Leo Dillenburg said.

These rugged tradespeople live in the wild in Canada’s remote Yukon and Northwest territories or Alaska.

For some, the Dillenburgs have to leave a note containing an order for fur and leather goods at the nearest small village on an Indigenous reservation

New buyers have emerged for Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza, a sprawling regional mall that has been a focal point of the South Los Angeles community since shortly after World War II but has struggled for business in recent decades.

New York real estate companies LIVWRK and DFH Partners have been selected by the current owners to acquire the 40-acre property at Crenshaw and Martin Luther King Jr. boulevards, the sellers said.

The sale is expected to close before the end of the year. No price was disclosed, but offers to buy the mall earlier this year, including one from Los Angeles developer CIM Group, exceeded $100 million.

CIM Group agreed to buy the mall in April but backed out of the deal
